News & Events American Recovery & Investment Act of 2009 Huntsville, AL & Reston, VA – March 31, 2009 — Donald W. Nalley, Jr., CPA, CVA, AM, ABV; Director and Michael J. Woeber, CPA; Director of Beason & Nalley, Inc. presented to several Small Business Owners at the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 regarding the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Don and Mike explained the impact that this Act will have on Small Business and how a number of business tax breaks were eliminated or reduced in the final negotiations leading up to enactment of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009, there remain a wide variety of provisions, many of which will apply to most businesses, some of which are particularly aimed at small business and a number of which will primarily impact particular industries.
