Cecelia C. Hill, CPA, MTA, Owner
 Ms. Hill joined Beason & Nalley in 1990. She specializes in business taxation and has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, trust and estates, and not-for-profit taxation. Her experience includes working with clients specializing in government contracting, real estate development, medical and professional groups, retail and wholesale businesses, farms, manufacturers and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Hill has worked extensively on employee incentive plans, specifically for our government contractors, and has assisted with several mergers and acquisitions, helping our clients to achieve the most advantageous financial outcome. Ms. Hill also manages our cost segregation practice.
